Operation Teaching Tools ~ Missions and Purpose

I believe the Lord has given this word to OTT and to me to guide us for the next several years. I believe that the doors of opportunity have now been opened for OTT to minister to the underground church as this is the time and the direction for OTT.

"For a great and effective door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries." I Corinthians 16:9

"Look among the nations and watch-be utterly astounded! For I will work a great work in your days, which you would not believe, though it were told you." Habakkuk 1:5

"Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love him." I Corinthians 2:9

"Be sober; be vigilant because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith...by Christ Jesus...perfect, establish, strengthen and settle you." I Peter 5: 8 - 10

Jesus said, "...I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven, behold I give you authority to (walk all over) serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy..." Luke 10: 18 - 19

Mission Statement: To train, encourage, motivate and equip the established churches/missions on foreign soil in the ministry of Evangelism/Discipleship and in Christian Education, emphasizing children and youth ministries.

The Biblical Foundation

I Timothy 4:14 "Neglect not the gift that is within you..."

II Timothy 1:6 "...stir up the gift of God..."

Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you..."

The Three Fold Ministry of Operation Teaching Tools

#1. OUTREACH:

a. Visit the international established missions to evaluate and assess their ministry needs

b. Determine the teaching methods/tools most suited to effectively reaching their own people for Christ

c. Minister the Gospel through song and preaching in Tent Crusades and Conferences

#2. TRAINING:

a. Provide training for pastors in spiritual leadership

b. Train lay ministers in all arms of ministry in the local church in Christian education, including Children/Youth Ministries

c. Develop Administration/Staff Development skills for both the local church and Bible Schools throughout the world

d. Train Bible School Students using relevant and practical seminars

#3. TOOLS:

Provide teaching resources and tools to help ministries be more effective in the work of "making Disciples of all nations" in the form of

**Sunday School materials

** Pastoral resource books

**Vacation Bible School Kits

**Youth and Children's Recourses

**Craft supplies

**Media equipment/visual aids, etc.
